Non-hardening superior stable mounting medium for fluorescence microscopy.

AD-MOUNT S is a high-performance, non-hardening mounting medium developed for advanced fluorescence imaging. It offers exceptional stability for synthetic fluorophores, making it ideal for super-resolution microscopy techniques such as SIM and STED. This ready-to-use formulation minimizes photobleaching and preserves sample morphology while preventing flattening artifacts, which is crucial for accurate 3D imaging.

Designed for widefield, confocal, and super-resolution applications, AD-MOUNT S is compatible with AD-SEAL mounting spacers, allowing reliable mounting of delicate or thick samples such as organoids and embryos. It is suitable for formaldehyde and methanol-fixed specimens.

⚠ Contains n-Propyl Gallate (nPG): May quench fluorescence of protein-based reporters like GFP.
Compatibility should be verified experimentally.
